Kaleidoscope

It was Nicole's birthday about a week ago, and her friends planned to celebrate her birthday, together with Jing Wen's birthday as well as Ethan's farewell last Saturday. We had a picnic at Hutan Lipur Chamang, Bentong. Well, words couldn't describe the beauty of nature, pictures & videos do. We found a nice spot & settled down, unfolded the mat & unpacked everything.

Final shot of the day.

I'm sure most of you guys would wonder what is the Top Gear linked-thumbnail doing on the right side of my page. Of course, it's part of my hobby to watch the latest episode of Top Gear every week, but the latest & last season has just ended, which is pretty sad for me. The TV programme had always been a humour supplier to my gloomy days; but the very very last few minutes of season 13 episode 7 was..unexplainable. Watch it, if you're an avid automotive & Top Gear-fan. Otherwise, proceed to the third video taken at the picnic.

Some nice & funny adverts made by Jeremy on the new VW Sirocco.

Somehow I'm feeling sad while watching this video.. I don't know.. Sigh..

Hapy Birthday...

Jumping for joy on the bridge.

Oh well.. Life's kinda boring for me.. Anyway, new stuffs in my car, but guess ya'll will have to wait till the next post for it.. Haha. Happy Birthday to Nicole & Jing Wen.. Sweet 18 perhaps? Enjoy your teenage life to the max..

Here's Kaleidoscope by Kate Havnevik, specially dedicated to the birthday duo.

Never Stop This Feeling

Alrite.. I know, this post has been delayed for quite some time. Almost a week, in fact. But nevermind.. Here comes the pictures from the gathering / my birthday!!

Anyway, just to give ya'll a basic idea of what happened on that day..

I've told everyone to meet up in my room at 4 P.M., the earliest came at 5:20 P.M.. So you guys may expect me to be quite disappointed (and pissed) as I was not given any reason at all why they were late. Everybody were in the room only at about 5:40 P.M., and I've lost about 2 hours there just to wait for them.

Anyway, that's fine. About 12 of them showed up in my room (Pathetically, only twelve showed up when I'm pretty sure that the SMS was forwarded to at least 20 of them.), and each of them chipped in some cheese for my birthday presents & card. I must say, my birthday this year was pretty much alcohol-orientated. I received 5 bottles of liquor as my birthday presents. Shocking? A bottle of whiskey, a bottle of wine, and 3 bottles of beer. Darn you guys, I'm trying my best to retire from drinking here & ya'll are tempting me like this.

Pictures below.

Finally, they came.

We had dinner at Penang Kopitiam, heard from those who ordered Nasi Lemak said that the sambal was very, very good. I should try that next time. Well, it was fun having friends there. Don't know when will I be able to see all of you again.. Oh well. I appreciate everything, all the liquor that you guys bought for me especially.. Almost RM 300 for that bottle of whiskey, I'll never be much more happier than to see that piece of receipt in the plastic bag together with the liquor.. Thanks mates. I'll see all of you again sometime, perhaps more of you who couldn't make it can join the fun..

I started drinking that night. Got so emotional. Just a bottle of Heineken, though. Didn't wanna be knocked-out, just wanna allow myself to sleep more easily. But ya' know, some privacy in a hotel room, some booze, and Jay Chou's song playing in the background at 6 plus in the morning was really the best emotional atmosphere that I've ever experienced. I'm serious.

How was that? Try it, if u're an alcohol-lover & as emo-headed as me.

Not much of updates on my car. I fiddled around with some LED strips & connected it to the woofer, so that it follows the rhythm, the bass beat of whatever song that is playing. Kinda cool, actually. Here's a vid..

How was that? I was bored one day & I decided to connect the wire from the LED to the woofer, just to see what kind of lighting effects that I'll get. The LEDs are cheap, around RM 5 - 10 for a 120 CM strip.. Not bad, though. I'm proud of my own work.. Heh.

Gahh.. I'm tired.. Feeling really lethargic & tired lately, don't know why.. I need more than 10 hours of sleep a day or else I'll feel like a zombie.. So I'm off to sleep now..

Ahh yes.. Back to techno, trance & dance life..

I Wanna Be With You

First of all..

Heheh, just something that Chan made the other day when we were having breakfast at Red Island. Sweet.

Went Seremban with my bunch of friends on Friday, what a trip. Left K.L. early in the morning, reached there at 7.30 A.M.. The main purpose of that trip was to visit Kati & escort him back to K.L.. Erm, yeah, escort. Sounds weird, eh? Went for a breakfast at a mamak stall, then we drove to the beach. Yeap, Port Dickson.

Hmm.. Morning view?

Hmm..

There's this mood, this atmosphere about going to the beach early in the morning that I love about..

Trust me, they're brothers.

Petronas pipelines? Who cares.. That's Kati, Adrian & John On in the background, by the way.

As emo as it's master.

We went Malacca after that, to Jonker's Street.. Yeap, the food haven for Singaporeans. It's not surprising to see so many tourists there on a Friday. Hmm..

Don't mind me jumping between topics, here's a pic & video on Papi the puppy, just to update my blog readers on the mischevious little brat.

Hmm...

Papi the puppy playing & biting my socks.

Uhh... Rather emotional now.. Any reasons? Maybe.. Plenty of reasons, but they all lead to the same thing. What should I do? What must I do? What can I do? I don't know.. Papi, are you hearing me out...? In my life, it seems that love is the only thing that depresses & makes me emotional. I know I've said this millions of times before, but yeah, I'm tired of my life. I'm tired of being depressed. I wanna break free. I wanna feel that breeze in my face once again. Is it possible? I hope so. I think it's possible. But I don't think I will ever achieve it. Oh well..

Alrite, cut the crap. I'm getting straight to the point. You know that feeling, that familiar feeling of knowing that something is going on behind you, but yet you're forced to keep an eye shut, say nothing, act like a fool & pretend as if nothing happened? That is exactly how I feel right now.

I'm not happy.

If Today Was Your Last Day

This is the last day of the year 2008, and of course there are celebrations, right? I'm taking this opportunity to share countdown pictures & videos at Hulu Langat.. And then there'll be a seperate post for New Year's Day. See how hard I'm trying to keep this blog alive? Haha.. Anyway.. Let's start from Gasoline Cafe, the place where we had our dinner before the countdown.

We had steamboat there, but were pretty disappointed by the service. Very, very bad service by the waiters/waitresses. We literally waited 1/2 an hour after the order for the drinks to come, about 1/2 an hour for the pot to be placed onto the table, 15 minutes for the stove to be lit up, and roughly another 1/2 an hour for the dishes to be on our table. Heck, even the bill came 10 minutes after I requested for it, and after three times of reminding the waiter. It was RM 157.20, I paid RM 160 & left them to keep the change. I don't wanna wait another 1/2 an hour for the RM 2.80.

Chua & Chan.

This is the regular couple in my blog, no need for introductions. =D

Kati with Matrix-effect?

Hmm...

Looks good..

We reached at 8 P.M., started eating at 9 P.M. or so & finished everything by 11:30 P.M.. 2 & 1/2 hour on a dinner is a waste of time. Sigh..

The entire place was crowded. I've never seen the hill so packed with people before. Every single restaurant up there is full, with no tables available if reservations are not made earlier. There are at least 50-100 people on the look out tower alone; I wonder if it had enough strength to support the weight of a few elephants. Heh. Collapse, my dear!!

Random~

My goodness..

Can you see Koh? Cos' I can't see his EYES!! Hahaha..

Okay, 2 videos. 1 bad take, but hilarious. Another 1 with the fireworks. Enjoy.

Do you hear Chan's voice in the background? LoL.

Fireworks... I'm sorry if the video is a bit shaky, because I did not bring my tripod and those creeps are pushing around behind me, together with a bad sore on my right arm after holding the camera up for so long.

With that and a song, I end the last post for this year. Happy New Year to all of MX-Lair's readers, and all the best in 2009. Forgive me if there are any mistakes that I've done, for I'm just a human and a human cannot be perfect. Year 2008 was a challenging year for everyone, so let's learn from our faults & use the experiences to improve our lives in 2009.
